Appendix 1 to Instruction No. 223 on the Procedure for Notifying Foreign Currency Operations Related to Capital Movements

The National Bank of Tajikistan requires residents to submit a standardized notification form when opening foreign currency accounts at non-resident banks for capital movement-related operations. The form mandates disclosure of the account number, opening date, currency, foreign bank name and jurisdiction, along with a clearly stated purpose for the account. Submission must be accompanied by a passport copy for individuals or a legal entity registration extract, together with the foreign bank's account opening certificate.
