Appendix 2 - Supervisory Models Decision for 2024-0 This document establishes the standardized supervisory reporting templates (Models 1 through 6) that insurance and reinsurance companies must utilize for regulatory submissions. It mandates specific data collection regarding deposits, receivables, litigation, collection checks, and real estate investments, segmented by contract holders, equity owners, and internal parties. The models require detailed breakdowns of credit losses, aging periods, and valuation metrics to ensure consistent financial transparency across the sector.
