Appendix 2 to Instruction No. 223 on the Procedure for Notifying Foreign Currency Transactions Related to Capital Movements
The National Bank of Tajikistan requires individuals and legal entities to submit a standardized notification form reporting foreign currency transactions related to capital movements. Filers must specify the non-resident counterparty, transaction amount in figures and words, purpose, duration, and attach the contract, tax identification certificate, and foreign bank account statement.
