REF: PROCEDURE NO. T-2107824768
UPDATE OF THE PERIODIC INFORMATION CAPTURE SYSTEM V.1.20.41.0
The Financial System Supervisory Authority (ASFI) has developed version 1.20.41.0 of the Periodic Information Capture System (SCIP), in its Windows modality, which considers the following:
The following subaccounts are enabled: 131.50 "Deferred Loans", 135.50 "Deferred Deferred or Restructured Loans", 138.50 "Accrued Products Receivable from Deferred Loans", 138.51 "Accrued Products Receivable from Deferred or Restructured Loans", 139.50 "Specific Provision for Uncollectibility of Deferred Loans", and 139.51 "Specific Provision for Uncollectibility of Deferred or Restructured Loans".
For the purpose of reporting deferred installments to the Credit Information Central, in the aforementioned subaccounts, the Supervised Entity must report the balances corresponding to the mentioned subaccounts, maintaining the original information of the operation ("StartDate" and "OperationId"), modifying the "BalanceAmount" and "ReconciliationAmount" which will correspond to the deferred amounts, as well as the accrued products and respective provisions for said amounts, where applicable.
The new version of the SCIP will be available on the ASFI websites and on the Supernet network, starting from March 27, 2020 at 12:00 hours, and must be used for the submission of information, starting from the cutoff of March 31, 2020.
Likewise, it is worth noting that it is the responsibility of the General Manager or equivalent instance of the supervised entity to preserve the integrity, consistency, truthfulness, reliability, and timeliness of the information sent to ASFI, within the framework of what is established in the Regulation on the Application of Fines for Delay in the Submission of Information, contained in the Compilation of Norms for Financial Services.
Finally, for better attention to technical queries related to information systems, the telephone number 2174444, extension 6117, is enabled. It is pertinent to note that attention at this number is from 08:00 to 12:00 hours, due to the health emergency situation caused by the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.
Sincerely.
