ASFI Circular Letter DSR I CC-3312 2020 of June 24, 2020
Starting Monday, June 29, 2020, public service hours at Financial Attention Points in Santa Cruz, Beni, and Pando are set from 7:30 to 14:00, while the rest of the country operates from 8:00 to 14:30. Financial Intermediation Entities must ensure daily closure of operations after these defined hours. In localities with encapsulation or specific provisions from Autonomous Territorial Entities, entities must timely communicate such situations to financial consumers and ASFI as required by existing regulations.

Gentlemen:
Considering the provisions of Circular Letter ASFI/DSR I/CC-3234/2020 of June 18, 2020, which establishes public service at all Financial Attention Points (PAFs) available to Financial Intermediation Entities nationwide while the national, dynamic, and conditional quarantine continues, this Supervisory Authority, within the framework of its powers, establishes that starting Monday, June 29 of the current year, the public service hours in the departments of Santa Cruz, Beni, and Pando will be from 7:30 to 14:00, and in the rest of the country from 8:00 to 14:30, with daily closure of operations to be carried out after the defined hours.
Likewise, it is recalled that in cases where PAFs are located in localities where encapsulation has been ordered by local authorities or where there are other specific provisions from Autonomous Territorial Entities (ATEs), the provisions of Article 9, Section 2 of the Regulation for Consumer Financial Attention Time in Supervised Entities, contained in Chapter IV, Title I, Book 4 of the Compilation of Norms for Financial Services, regarding the timely communication of such situations to financial consumers and ASFI, must be considered.
