Authorization for the transfer of rights and obligations by a Belgian insurance company
The National Bank of Belgium authorized Allianz Benelux NV to transfer all rights and obligations arising from non-life P/C Retail and P/C Corporate insurance contracts (branches 1a, 2, 3, 8, 9, 10, 13, and 16) held by its Luxembourg branch to Foyer Assurances SA, effective October 1, 2022. This publication makes the transfer enforceable against third parties, including policyholders, insured persons, and beneficiaries, pursuant to Article 106 of the Law of March 13, 2016.

Roosevelt, L-2450 Luxembourg, a branch of Allianz Benelux NV whose registered office is located at Koning Albert II-laan 32, 1000 Brussels, to the insurance company Foyer Assurances SA whose registered office is located at Rue Léon Laval 12, L-3372 Leudelange, G.H. of Luxembourg. The transfer takes effect on 1 October 2022. Pursuant to Article 106, first paragraph of the Law of 13 March 2016 on the status and supervision of insurance or reinsurance undertakings, this publication makes the transfer of rights and obligations enforceable against third parties, in particular policyholders, insured persons and beneficiaries, without prejudice to Articles 17 and 18 of the Law of 4 April 2014 concerning insurance or, where applicable, equivalent provisions of foreign law applicable to these contracts.
