Authorization of Banco Ganadero S.A. in the Deferred Settlement Module of the Integrated Payment Settlement System

The Central Bank of Bolivia authorizes Banco Ganadero S.A. as a participant in the Deferred Settlement Module of the Integrated Payment Settlement System, effective December 10, 2018. This authorization permits the bank to send and receive Electronic Fund Transfer Orders through the module. Participants are instructed to update their IT configurations by consulting the public keys of all enabled entities via the MLDConsultasService.

SUBJECT: AUTHORIZATION OF BANCO GANADERO S.A. IN THE DEFERRED SETTLEMENT MODULE (MLD) OF THE INTEGRATED PAYMENT SETTLEMENT SYSTEM (LIP)

Ladies and Gentlemen:

The Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) communicates to all participants of the Integrated Payment Settlement System (LIP) that Banco Ganadero S.A. (BGA) has successfully completed the incorporation process into the Deferred Settlement Module (MLD) of the LIP, meeting the requirements of the current regulations. Consequently, as of December 10, 2018, BGA is authorized as a participant and may send and receive Electronic Fund Transfer Orders (OETF) through the MLD according to the following details:

Additionally, in accordance with the Operational and IT Guides of the MLD, through the MLDConsultasService service - method obtenerCertificados, participants may consult the public key of all entities enabled in the MLD. In this regard, participants are requested to take this information into account when configuring participant data in the corresponding IT developments.
