FROM: GENERAL MANAGEMENT FINANCIAL ENTITIES MANAGEMENT TO: FINANCIAL ENTITIES PARTICIPATING IN THE INTEGRATED PAYMENT SETTLEMENT SYSTEM (LIP) SUBJECT: CREDIT WITH RURAL EDUCATION - DEVELOPMENT FINANCIAL INSTITUTION – CRECER IFD AUTHORIZATION IN THE INTEGRATED PAYMENT SETTLEMENT SYSTEM

Ladies and Gentlemen:

The Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) informs all participants of the Integrated Payment Settlement System (LIP) that CRECER IFD has successfully completed the incorporation process into the aforementioned system, meeting the requirements set forth in the Regulation, the Participation Contract, and the current Operational and IT Guide. Consequently, as of November 23, 2016, it is authorized as a participant and its account is authorized for the processing and receipt of electronic transfers according to the following details:

Reserve Account	: 7742 – CRECER IFD - Reserve Account

It is requested to take this information into account to configure the data for CRECER IFD in the respective IT developments of the participants.
