Authorization of FONDECO IFD as Participant in the Integrated Payment Clearing System
The Central Bank of Bolivia authorizes Fondo de Desarrollo Comunal Institución Financiera de Desarrollo (FONDECO IFD) to participate in the Integrated Payment Clearing System (LIP) effective November 29, 2016. This authorization allows FONDECO IFD, identified by code 1470 and reserve account 7738, to process and receive electronic transfers. Participating financial entities are required to update their internal IT systems with these specific participant details to facilitate transactions.

Ladies and Gentlemen:
The Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) notifies all participants of the Integrated Payment Clearing System (LIP) that the Community Development Fund Financial Institution for Development FONDECO IFD has successfully completed the incorporation process into the aforementioned system, meeting the requirements set forth in the Regulations, the Participation Contract, and the current Operational and IT Guide. Consequently, as of November 29, 2016, it is authorized as a participant and its account is authorized for the processing and receipt of electronic transfers according to the following details:
