The Central Bank of Bolivia authorizes La Primera Entidad Financiera de Vivienda to participate in the Deferred Settlement Module (MLD) of the Integrated Payment Settlement System (LIP), effective January 3, 2019. The institution is assigned participant code MLD75001 and acronym VL1, enabling it to send and receive Electronic Fund Transfer Orders through the MLD. Participants are instructed to utilize the MLDConsultasService to retrieve public keys for all enabled entities to configure their respective IT developments.

Ladies and Gentlemen:
The Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) notifies all participants of the Integrated Payment Settlement System (LIP) that La Primera Entidad Financiera de Vivienda has successfully completed the incorporation process into the Deferred Settlement Module (MLD) of the LIP, meeting the requirements of current regulations. Consequently, as of January 3, 2019, La Primera Entidad Financiera de Vivienda is authorized as a participant and may send and receive Electronic Fund Transfer Orders (OETF) through the MLD according to the following details:

Additionally, in accordance with the Operational and IT Guides of the MLD through the MLDConsultasService service - method obtenerCertificados, participants may consult the public key of all entities enabled in the MLD. In this regard, it is requested to take this information into account to configure participant data in the corresponding IT developments.
