Authorization of Reorganization of Joint Stock Company ELAT into Limited Liability Company ELAT
The National Financial Market Commission of Moldova authorized the transformation of Joint Stock Company ELAT into Limited Liability Company ELAT following a review of the application submitted in February 2026. This decision was issued pursuant to Articles 92 and 97 of the Law on Joint Stock Companies and relevant provisions of the Civil Code and the Law on the National Financial Market Commission. The ruling entered into force upon adoption and was published in the Official Monitor and on the Commission's website.

Following the examination of the application of the Joint Stock Company "ELAT" (registered with the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF) under No. 983 on 16.02.2026) regarding the authorization of reorganization by transformation, as well as the accompanying documents, presented in full volume on 30.03.2026 (registered with CNPF under No. 2239),
on the basis of Art. 92 and Art. 97 of Law No. 1134/1997 on Joint Stock Companies, Art. 204 and Art. 222 of the Civil Code, Art. 21 para. (1) lit. g) of Law No. 220/2007 on the state registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, Art. 18 para. (3), Art. 20 para. (1) and para. (6) and Art. 22 para. (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission, pct. 9 and pct. 19 of the Regulation on the authorization of the reorganization of the joint stock company (CNPF Decision No. 23/1/2021), pct. 16, pct. 19 and pct. 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022),
The National Financial Market Commission DECIDES:

The reorganization of the Joint Stock Company "ELAT" (IDNO 1003600020455, MD-2038, Chisinau city, 99 Decebal Blvd.) by transformation into the Limited Liability Company "ELAT" is authorized.

This Decision may be appealed by submitting a preliminary request to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chisinau city, 77 Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Blvd.) within 30 days from the date of notification.

This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with the legislation, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnpf.md).
