Authorization of Reorganization of Joint Stock Company "Intreprinderea pentru colectarea cerealelor din REDIUL-MARE" into a Limited Liability Company
The National Financial Market Commission of Moldova authorized the transformation of the Joint Stock Company "Intreprinderea pentru colectarea cerealelor din REDIUL-MARE" into a Limited Liability Company. This decision follows the review of the company's application and supporting documents submitted in late April and early May 2025. The ruling entered into force upon adoption and was published in the Official Monitor and on the Commission's official website.

Regarding the authorization of the reorganization of the Joint Stock Company "Intreprinderea pentru colectarea cerealelor din REDIUL-MARE" from a joint stock company into a limited liability company
Following the examination of the application of the Joint Stock Company "Intreprinderea pentru colectarea cerealelor din REDIUL-MARE" (29.04.2025) regarding the authorization of reorganization by transformation, as well as the documents submitted in full volume on 06.05.2025,
on the basis of Art. 92 and Art. 97 of Law No. 1134/1997 on joint stock companies, Art. 204 and Art. 222 of the Civil Code, Art. 21 para. (1) lit. g) of Law No. 220/2007 on the state registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, Art. 20 para. (1) and Art. 22 para. (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission, item 9 and item 19 of the Regulation on the authorization of the reorganization of the joint stock company (Decision of the CNPF No. 23/1/2021), item 16, item 19 and item 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Financial Market Commission (Decision of the CNPF No. 57/11/2022),
The National Financial Market Commission DECIDES:
- The reorganization of the Joint Stock Company "Intreprinderea pentru colectarea cerealelor din REDIUL-MARE" (IDNO 1003604006833, MD-7131, Ocnița district, Rediul-Mare village) by transformation into a limited liability company is authorized.
- This Decision may be appealed by submitting a preliminary request to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chișinău city, Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt Blvd., No. 77), within 30 days from the date of notification.
- This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with the legislation, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnpf.md).
