Authorization of Reorganization of Joint Stock Company MDV-CONSTRUCT into a Limited Liability Company
The National Bank of Moldova's Financial Market Commission authorized the reorganization of Joint Stock Company MDV-CONSTRUCT into a Limited Liability Company following a review of the company's application and supporting documents. Following the examination of the application of the Joint Stock Company "MDV-CONSTRUCT" (registered with the National Commission of the Financial Market (CNFM) under No. 4138 on May 29, 2025) regarding the authorization of reorganization by transformation, as well as the accompanying documents, presented in full volume on June 12, 2025, pursuant to Art. 92 and Art. 97 of Law No. 1134/1997 on Joint Stock Companies, Art. 204 and Art. 222 of the Civil Code, Art. 21 para. (1) lit. g) of Law No. 220/2001 on the state registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, Art. 20 para. (1) and Art. 22 para. (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Commission of the Financial Market, pct. 9 and pct. 19 of the Regulation on the authorization of the reorganization of the joint stock company (CNFM Decision No. 231/12/2021), pct. 16, pct. 19 and pct. 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Commission of the Financial Market (CNFM Decision No. 571/11/2022),
The National Commission of the Financial Market DECIDES:

The reorganization of the Joint Stock Company "MDV-CONSTRUCT" (IDNO 1003604000129, MD-4601, Edinet city, Independentei str. 14) by transformation into a limited liability company is authorized.

This Decision may be contested by filing a preliminary request addressed to the CNFM (MD-2012, Chisinau city, Stefan cel Mare si Sfint Blvd, No. 77) within 30 days from the date of notification.

This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient according to legislation, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the CNFM (www.cnpf.md).
