Authorized Signatories for Settlements by Cheque, Draft and Other Financial Instruments
The Bank of Zambia has updated its authorized signatory register for local and foreign currency settlements by replacing Mrs. Avet Mulonga Hamuwele with Mrs. Regina Mukupa Chilupula as a Category A signatory. Effective immediately, the Director of Finance is now empowered to execute settlements via cheque, draft, and other financial instruments under the updated January 2003 booklet. All previously authorized signatures remain fully valid unless superseded by future regulatory amendments.

AUTHORISED SIGNATURES FOR SETTLEMENTS BY CHEQUE, DRAFT AND OTHER FINANCIAL INSTRUMENTS (IN LOCAL AND FOREIGN CURRENCY)
Further to our Authorised Signatories booklet dated 6 January 2003, the Bank has made amendments to its list of authorised signatories by replacing Mrs Avet Mulonga Hamuwele with Mrs Regina Mukupa Chilupula. Henceforth Mrs Chilupula will be an authorised signatory for settlements by cheque, draft and other financial instruments (in local and foreign currency) as follows:
