Updated Guidelines on the Implementation of the Enhanced Comprehensive Credit and Equity Exposures Report of 2023 (COCREE 2.0)
The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas issued updated guidelines for the monthly submission of the Enhanced Comprehensive Credit and Equity Exposures Report of 2023 (COCREE 2.0) via the BRMS Live Module. The memorandum establishes specific due dates for reporting periods from April to September 2025 and mandates that submissions be complete, accurate, and reconciled with other regulatory reports. Strict penalties for reporting violations will be enforced starting with the September 2025 period, following a grace period for prior months to allow institutions to adjust their compliance processes.
