CVM Deliberation 498
The Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) issued Deliberation 498 to establish the Educational Advisory Committee. This regulatory act formally creates the committee to provide guidance on educational matters within the securities market. The document has been subsequently amended by Deliberations 628/10, 706/13, 736/15, 754/16, and 894/24.
