RG 128 Collective action by investors

The regulator issued this guide to assist investors who wish to cooperate regarding their investments in listed companies or managed investment schemes. It provides guidance to promote investor engagement on corporate governance issues. It also identifies circumstances where acting together may cause investors to become associates or enter into relevant agreements under the Corporations Act 2001.
