Transfer of Registration for Previously Registered Sponsored Individuals Who Left Before May 12, 2014
The Commission requires previously registered Sponsored Individuals who departed their sponsoring companies before May 12, 2014, to formally transfer their registration. Eligible applicants must submit a completed application bearing the circular's title to address implementation gaps in Rule 19(4). All submissions must be received by the Commission no later than April 29, 2019 to remain valid.
In order to address the gap observed in the implementation of Rule 19(4) as amended, the Commission hereby invites all previously registered Sponsored Individuals, who left their Sponsoring Companies before May 12, 2014 and have not successfully transferred their registration, to file an application for the transfer of their registration, using the title of this circular for the application. All eligible applicants must submit their application to the Commission on or before Friday, April 29, 2019, in order to be considered. Signed: Management
