Regulation to Amend Regulation 11-102 Respecting the Passport System
The Quebec Minister of Finance approves amendments to Regulation 11-102 by systematically replacing "SEDAR" with "SEDAR+" in definitions, operative text, and Appendix D to align with Regulation 13-103. This nomenclature update modernizes the electronic data retrieval system references within the provincial Passport System framework for reporting issuers.
