CSA Staff Notice 11-345: Extension of Comment Period for Consultation on Regulation 43-101
The Canadian Securities Administrators have extended the comment period for CSA Consultation Paper 43-401 regarding Regulation 43-101 on standards of disclosure for mineral projects. This change responds to stakeholder requests for additional time to review and assess key provisions and priority areas for revision. The new deadline for submitting comments is September 13, 2022, replacing the original July 13, 2022 date.
