Central Bank of Djibouti Movable Property Register
The Central Bank of Djibouti, through the Office of the General Registrar, has deployed an online Movable Property Register application to manage creditor rights over movable assets. The platform enables authorized users to register, modify, close, or cancel securities for both companies and individuals, while providing the general public with searchable access to registered collateral. Users authenticate via a secure portal to access a comprehensive dashboard, manage client profiles using national identification keys or passport numbers, and generate PDF certificates detailing creditor/debtor information, asset descriptions, and maturity dates.
