Proclamation of the Insurance Act, 2018
President Paula-Mae Weekes of Trinidad and Tobago issued Legal Notice No. 369 to activate the Insurance Act, 2018. The proclamation mandates that all sections of the Act come into force on January 1, 2021, with the specific exception of sections 184 and 185.
