Notice Relating to Filing Interim Returns and Documents for Quebec P&C Insurers – Six Months Ending June 30, 2022
The Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) requires all authorized Quebec property and casualty insurers to electronically file signed interim returns, semi-annual financial statements, and compliance attestations for the six months ending June 30, 2022. Filers must submit these documents via AMF E-Services within forty-five days of the reporting period's end, maintaining complete PDF and Excel versions at their premises for potential examination. Failure to meet these electronic filing deadlines or provide accurate documentation may result in monetary administrative penalties under the Quebec Insurers Act.
