Draft Regulation to amend Regulation 43-101 respecting Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects

The regulator issued a draft regulation to amend Regulation 43-101 respecting Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects. The amendment replaces the term "SEDAR" with "[Renewed System]" in section 6.4 of the existing regulation. This change is intended to reflect a system replacement and will come into force on a date to be indicated.

REGULATION TO AMEND REGULATION 43-101 RESPECTING STANDARDS OF DISCLOSURE FOR MINERAL PROJECTS Securities Act (chapter V-1.1, s. 331.1, par. (1), (2) and (34))

  1. Section 6.4 of Regulation 43-101 respecting Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects (chapter V-1.1, r. 15) is amended by replacing, in subparagraph (b) of paragraph (1), the word “SEDAR” with the words “[Renewed System]”.
  2. This Regulation comes into force on (indicate here the date of coming into force of this Regulation).
