Notice of Final Rulemaking
The Department of Banking and Finance adopted Final Rules on June 16, 2026, filing them with the Secretary of State on the same day. Pursuant to O.C.G.A. § 50-13-6, these rules will become effective on July 6, 2026, which is twenty days following the filing date. The Rules were filed with the Secretary of State on June 16, 2026, and pursuant to O.C.G.A. § 50-13-6, will be effective on July 6, 2026, which is twenty (20) days following the filing of the Rules.
