Subject: Founding Day Holiday for the Year 1446 H

Referring to the Noble Royal Order No. (371/A) dated 24/6/1443 H, which approved the twenty-second day of February each year as a holiday commemorating the establishment of the Saudi State, named (Founding Day), and to be an official holiday; and based on the Central Bank's authority to determine holidays for entities under its supervision and their working hours, we inform you of the following:

First: Sunday, dated 24/8/1446 H (corresponding to 23/2/2025 G), shall be an official holiday.

Second: Banks, exchange houses, and payment service providers are required to open a number of branches in locations necessitating interaction with them at airports and various border crossings, operating for a specified period during the aforementioned holiday, and to notify the Central Bank of branch names and working hours, as well as announce this through appropriate means.
