Filing Requirements for Interim Returns and Documents of Québec Life and Health Insurers for the Six Months Ending June 30, 2023
The Autorité des marchés financiers requires authorized Québec life and health insurers to electronically file signed interim returns, capital adequacy reports, and compliance attestations for the six months ending June 30, 2023. Submissions must be completed via AMF E-Services within 45 days of the reporting period, with full PDF and Excel versions retained at the insurer’s premises. Failure to submit complete or timely filings may result in monetary administrative penalties under the Insurers Act.
