ASIC cancels Australian credit licence of Lendflex Holdings Pty Ltd

The Australian Securities and Investments Commission has cancelled the Australian Credit Licence of Sydney-based credit provider Lendflex Holdings Pty Ltd, effective 15 July 2025. The regulator determined that Lendflex failed to lodge its 2024 annual compliance certificate and did not nominate a Key Person for its licence. This action supports ASIC's ongoing efforts to improve compliance across the credit industry, though Lendflex retains the right to appeal the decision to the Administrative Review Tribunal.
