Bank of Zambia CB Circular 02/2007 Authorised Signatories for OMO
The Bank of Zambia authorizes Mr. Fabian Hara, Assistant Director for Banking, as a category A signatory for Government Securities, Foreign Exchange, and Open Market Operations transactions from March 28 to 30, 2007. This designation takes immediate effect and applies to all commercial banks receiving the circular. All other previously distributed authorized signatures remain valid alongside this amendment.

Kindly be advised that for the period March 28 – 30, 2007, Mr Fabian Hara, Assistant Director - Banking shall sign as category “A” for purposes of executing all Government Securities, Foreign Exchange and Open Market Operations transactions.
This amendment is with immediate effect. All other signatures on the list distributed remain valid.
