Bank of Zambia Circular 09/1994: Authorised Signatories for the Banking Division
The Bank of Zambia issued Circular 09/1994 to instruct all commercial banks to immediately update their authorized signatory lists for the Banking Division. The directive mandates the immediate removal of Mr. Cosmas Mwanza from the list while formally appointing Mr. G. Hachungula as the new Group B signatory for the Manager - Banking role. Banks are required to disseminate these changes to all their branches to ensure compliance with the updated authorization protocols.

You are kindly requested to delete with immediate effect from our Banking Division list of authorised signatories:

All other names on the list remain valid. Please advise your branches accordingly.
