Bank of Zambia Circular 10/1996: Authorized Signatories for Financial Markets Department
The Bank of Zambia issued Circular 10/1996 to update the authorized signatories for its Financial Markets Department. The directive appoints Caroline K. Nyimba, Manager of Market Operations, as an additional signatory for executing foreign exchange and open market operation transactions. This appointment takes effect immediately, revokes Mr. M. Chokolo’s signing authority, and confirms that all other previously authorized signatures remain valid.

Further to C.B Circular No. 2/96 dated 23rd January 1996, Financial Markets Department has included one additional authorised signatory for purposes of executing Foreign Exchange and Open Market Operation transactions.

Above authorised signatory is effective immediately. Kindly delete that of Mr M Chokolo. All other signatures contained in circulars 7/95 and 2/96 remain valid.
