Bank of Zambia Circular 16/2003: Primary Dealers in the Broad-Based Interbank Foreign Exchange System
The Bank of Zambia has appointed Finance Bank and Intermarket Discount House Zambia Limited as Primary Dealers in the Broad-Based Interbank Foreign Exchange System. This directive updates the authorized participant list established in the prior July circular and formally notifies all commercial banks of the change. The appointment expands the pool of institutions eligible to execute interbank foreign exchange transactions under central bank oversight.

Further to our CB Circular No. 13/2003 dated July 23, 2003 regarding the above subject, kindly be advised that Finance Bank and Intermarket Discount House Zambia Limited have been appointed as a Primary Dealers in the Broad-based Interbank Foreign Exchange System.
