Bank of Zambia Circular 19/1994: Authorized Signatories for Receipts and Payments Division
The Bank of Zambia issued Circular 19/1994 to update the authorized signatory list for its Finance Department's Receipts and Payments Division. The directive appoints five new signatories across Category A and Category B while mandating the immediate removal of seven existing signatories from official records. All commercial banks are instructed to implement these changes without delay and notify their respective branches accordingly.
