Bank of Zambia Circular 20/1994: Authorized Signatories for Financial Markets Department

The Bank of Zambia issued Circular 20/1994 to designate new authorized signatories for its Financial Markets Department, including retail securities and open market operations. Effective 30 December 1994, Dr. Situmbeko Musokotwane and Mr. Austin Matale are appointed to Category A, while Mr. Lawrence Chokolo and Mr. Bright Simwanza assume Category B signing authority. Commercial banks are instructed to immediately update their records by deleting the signatures of outgoing officials Mr. C. Sinyangwe and N. Bweupe.

Kindly be advised of new signatories for the Financial Markets Department. Specimen signatures are hereby attached. The new signatures are effective from Friday, 30 December 1994.
