Bank of Zambia Circular 5/1994: Authorized Signatories for Banking Division
The Bank of Zambia issued Circular 5/1994 to update the authorized signatory list for its Banking Division effective immediately. The directive requires all commercial banks to remove Mr. Martford Mumba from the signatory roster while retaining all other existing names. Additionally, the circular introduces P. Kabwe as the new Manager for Banking and provides his specimen signature for branch verification.

You are kindly requested to delete with immediate effect from our Banking Division lists of authorised signatories:

All other names on the list remain valid. Please advise your branches accordingly.
