Bank of Zambia Circular No. 15/2021 – Amendments to Authorised Signatories
The Bank of Zambia’s Office of the Deputy Governor issued Circular No. 15/2021 to update the authorized signatories for its Regional Office transactions. The amendment adds Director Ms. Mwaba C. Kascse to Category ‘A’ while removing former director Mr. Visscher M. Bbuku from that category. All Regional Office transactions must continue to bear two signatures, with at least one originating from a Category ‘A’ officer.
