GOVERNMENT ACCOUNTS AND ACCOUNT BALANCES

Kindly be advised that you are required to submit to the Bank of Zambia the following information:

1. Number of Government bank accounts split by account category (e.g., revenue collection accounts, mirror accounts, donor accounts) and by ministries, provinces and spending agencies, including the aggregate balances on these accounts as of November 26, 2021.
2. Monthly averages of Government balances at your respective commercial banks from January 2013 to December 2018.
3. Average end-of-week balances of Government deposits from January 2014 to date.

This information should be submitted by close of business on Wednesday, December 1, 2021 and should be emailed to the following email address: cnkabalika@boz.zm with copies to your Desk Officer on or before the deadline indicated above.
