Bank of Zambia Prudential Returns and Bank Charges Calendar 2007
The Bank of Zambia has issued a 2007 submission calendar mandating monthly Prudential Returns and quarterly Bank Charges from all commercial banks and non-bank financial institutions. Submissions must be filed via the Risk Analysis Automation System for prudential data and as soft copies to desk officers for bank charges. A daily penalty of K 100,000 applies to any late or inaccurate filings.

CALENDAR FOR SUBMISSION OF PRUDENTIAL RETURNS AND BANK CHARGES FOR PERSONAL CURRENT ACCOUNTS AND OTHER GENERAL SERVICES
Further to our Circular No. 1/98 dated 21 January 1998, Please be informed that the due dates for submission of Prudential Returns and Bank Charges for 2007 are as follows: -

The Prudential Returns should be submitted through the Risk Analysis Automation System (RAAS) of the Bank Supervision Application, while a soft copy of the Bank Charges should be submitted to the Desk Officers with a copy sent to Mr. Kambole Sikazwe, our Data Entry Officer at jksikazw@boz.zm. A penalty of K 100,000 per return per day will be charged for any delayed submissions or incorrect returns.
