Banks are required to submit information regarding their internal liquidity adequacy self-assessment processes to the Superintendency of Financial Services by April 30 each year, with data referring to December 31. Transitional deadlines extend the submission for the 2025 assessment to June 30, 2026, and for the 2026 assessment to May 30, 2027. This requirement is established under Article 582.9 of the Compilation of Regulations and Control Norms of the Financial System.

The market is informed that the Superintendency of Financial Services adopted the following resolution on December 20, 2024:
ARTICLE 582.9 (LIQUIDITY SELF-ASSESSMENT INFORMATION).
Banks shall present information regarding the self-assessment process they carry out to determine the adequacy of internal liquidity with the assumed liquidity risk, in accordance with the instructions contained in the Guide established by the Superintendency of Financial Services for such purposes.
The information shall refer to December 31 and must be presented to the aforementioned Superintendency by April 30 of each year.
TRANSITIONAL PROVISION: The deadline for the presentation of information regarding the liquidity self-assessment process referred to December 31, 2025, shall be extended until June 30, 2026, while the deadline for the presentation of the aforementioned information referred to December 31, 2026, shall be extended until May 30, 2027.
