The Prudential Control and Resolution Authority (ACPR) has declared compliance with the European Banking Authority's guidelines regarding prudential disclosure and publication requirements under the CRR 'quick fix' for the COVID-19 pandemic. These guidelines, which are annexed to the notice, apply to credit institutions and investment firms under ACPR supervision, excluding portfolio holding companies. The requirements are mandatory from August 11, 2020, until the last publication reference date preceding June 28, 2021.

The Prudential Control and Resolution Authority (ACPR) has declared compliance with the guidelines of the European Banking Authority (EBA/GL/2020/11) on prudential disclosure and publication requirements in accordance with the CRR 'quick fix' in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The guidelines are annexed to this notice. These guidelines are applicable from 11 August 2020 until the last publication reference date preceding 28 June 2021, by credit institutions and investment firms other than portfolio holding companies that are under the supervision of the ACPR, which must take all necessary measures to comply with them, in accordance with the provisions of Article 16 of Regulation (EU) No 1093/2010 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 November 2010 establishing a European Supervisory Authority (European Banking Authority).
