Implementation of EBA Guidelines on prudential disclosure and publication requirements under the CRR 'quick fix' in response to the COVID-19 pandemic (EBA/GL/2020/11)
The Prudential Control and Resolution Authority (ACPR) has declared compliance with the European Banking Authority's guidelines regarding prudential disclosure and publication requirements under the CRR 'quick fix' for the COVID-19 pandemic. These guidelines, which are annexed to the notice, apply to credit institutions and investment firms under ACPR supervision, excluding portfolio holding companies. The requirements are mandatory from August 11, 2020, until the last publication reference date preceding June 28, 2021.
