The Banco de Portugal requires supervised credit institutions to comply with EBA Guidelines EBA/GL/2020/11 regarding supervisory reporting and disclosure requirements under the CRR 'quick-fix' regulation. Compliance with these reporting and disclosure obligations is mandatory starting from the reference date of 30 September 2020. The guidelines remain applicable for reporting until 31 May 2021 and for disclosure until the last annual disclosure reference date prior to 28 June 2021.
