BCB Circular SGDB No. 030/2018: Digital Certificate for the Integrated Payment Settlement System
The Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) notifies participants in the Integrated Payment Settlement System (LIP) that a new digital certificate, valid until August 1, 2020, is available for download from the LIP Portal. The previous certificate, valid until August 17, 2018, remains available until its expiration. Entities using Web Services for LIP operations must schedule the certificate exchange in the presence of a Public Notary by contacting the Help Desk via the provided telephone numbers or email address.

Ladies and Gentlemen:
The Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) communicates to all participants in the Integrated Payment Settlement System (LIP) that the new BCB digital certificate valid until August 1, 2020, for the LIP Payment System, is available at the following address:
LIP System Portal: http://portallip.bcb.gob.bo
The BCB digital certificate with validity until August 17, 2018, will be available until its expiration.
In accordance with procedures established in the Operational and IT Guide of the Integrated Payment Settlement System (GOISLIP) (V.1.0), entities that use Web Services for their operations in the LIP System must schedule the exchange of digital certificates in the presence of a Public Notary.
The scheduling of appointments will be attended by the Help Desk, starting from the date indicated; for this purpose, please contact the following telephone numbers: 2661623, 2661645, 2407262, and/or 2147077, and/or via email at ayudalip@bcb.gob.bo.
