The Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia issued Resolution No. 212 A to formally recognize the foreign currency purchase and sale license No. 836/21 held by City Limited Liability Company as void. This administrative action was taken in response to a petition submitted by the company on 13 November 2025 requesting the cancellation of its license. The resolution enters into force the day following its official delivery to the company or its authorized representative.
