ON RECOGNIZING FOREIGN CURRENCY PURCHASE AND SALE LICENSE NO. 836/21 OF “CITY” LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY AS VOID
Guided by Part 3 of Article 2 and Point "p" of Article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”;
Based on Sub-point 4 of Point 53 of Regulation 10 "On Licensing and Regulation of Foreign Currency Purchase and Sale Operations", approved by Resolution No. 138-N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 15 May 2007,
Taking into account that “CITY” Limited Liability Company applied to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on 13 November 2025 with a petition to recognize as void foreign currency purchase and sale license No. 836/21 granted to it, as well as the conclusion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Protocol No. 52 dated 26 November 2025), the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia hereby:
R E S O L V E S:
To recognize foreign currency purchase and sale license No. 836/21 of “CITY” Limited Liability Company as void.
This Resolution shall enter into force on the day following the date of its delivery to “CITY” Limited Liability Company or its delivery to the person authorized by “CITY” Limited Liability Company in accordance with the established procedure.
