CSA Notice regarding the SEDAR+ launch date: Coordinated Blanket Order 13-931 Exemptions from certain filing requirements
The Canadian Securities Administrators have deferred the launch of the SEDAR+ system from June 13, 2023, to July 25, 2023, due to data migration quality concerns. To manage this delay, the CSA issued Coordinated Blanket Order 13-931, which exempts market participants from the requirement to file documents through SEDAR+ until the new cutover period begins. Market participants must continue using the legacy SEDAR system and comply with filing requirements as they existed on June 8, 2023, while the new systems fee model remains in effect.
