Application Forms Repealed: January 1, 2020
The Bureau of Loans, under the authority of the Code of Alabama 1975, officially repealed regulation 155-2-1-.06 regarding application forms effective January 1, 2020. This administrative action nullifies the previously established requirements for loan application forms that had been in effect since October 1, 1997. The repeal removes the specific regulatory framework previously overseen by Supervisor Scott Corscadden.
