Reference is invited to paragraph 5 (five) of the instructions issued under BFIU Circular No. 26 dated June 16, 2020, on the subject cited above. In light of the aforementioned instructions, directions are hereby provided to strengthen the Transaction Monitoring System and to submit reports of suspicious transactions/activities without delay, where applicable.
