Dear Sir,

Reference is drawn to the instructions contained in Paragraph 6 of BFIU Circular No. 20, issued on September 17, 2019, on the subject cited above. In light of the aforementioned instructions, directives are hereby issued to strengthen the Transaction Monitoring System (specifically highlighting transactions operated by all agents, distributors, and merchants) and, where applicable, to file reports of suspicious transactions/activities without delay.
