BOARD RESOLUTION NO. 022/2002 SUBJECT: INTERNATIONAL OPERATIONS - APPROVAL OF THE CENTRAL BANK OF BOLIVIA'S FINE SCHEDULE.

VIEWED: Law 1670 of October 31, 1995. Board Resolution No. 126/2001 of December 11, 2001, which approves the Schedule of Commissions and Other Income for the 2002 management period. Report from the International Operations Management GOI No. 001/2002 of February 27, 2002. Report from the Legal Affairs Management SANO No. 035/2002 of March 1, 2002.

CONSIDERING: That according to Article 54, subsection n) of Law 1670, it is the responsibility of the Board to formulate policies regarding the internal management of the BCB, supervising their execution. That it is necessary to complement the Schedule of Commissions and Other Income with a Schedule that consolidates the fines collected by the Central Bank of Bolivia for various operations with the financial system.

THEREFORE, THE BOARD OF THE CENTRAL BANK OF BOLIVIA RESOLVES:

Article 1.- Approve the Fine Schedule, currently in effect, for Operations with the Financial System, attached to this Resolution.
